Adding intervention action steps to an incident
After an incident has been reported, staff on the Notification List will be notified by email. Staff login to the dashboard and respond to the incident as necessary. The assigned staff member can log their intervention steps as part of their investigation. Intervention steps can be configured depending on your policies and processes. Each step can be assigned a severity level so follow-up action can be determined.
All Intervention Steps are logged in BRIM complete with due dates, completion dates, a completion status, and any notes the staff member logged as part of their work on the step.
