Background Harnett County Schools located in Harnett County, North Carolina has 28 schools with over 20,500 students. HCS acknowledges the dignity and worth of all students. They strive to create a safe, orderly, caring and inviting school environment to facilitate student learning and achievement. As part of their continuous mission, they began their search for an anonymous bully and incident reporting system. This would standardize their reporting process and replace a traditionally paper-based system.
